Start-up production company is looking for one to two ADs, three experienced DPs, two line producers, several editors, two competent writers, one key grip, and six sound personnel for a reality show. Possible shooting days are between the end of March and through April (possibly May). Locations are in San Diego, Irvine, and Chicago (flight, living, transportation, food, and insurance expenses paid); Chicago filming may take place over 3-4 days during Spring break (it will consist of a skeletal crew). Filming at each location may take place over latter weekdays, including weekends, lasting about 3-4 days long. Female Teacher’s Assistant wanted for an intense filmmaking program for high school students from around the country/world. You live with them in the dorm, supervise them when they’re not in class and help them develop their films. You also drive them to two field trips in Hollywood. There is little time off and you get paid $1000.00 plus room and board for two weeks. People who know how to use Avid will be considered first. Special Event Filming Project:
Open Gym LLC is set to launch March 5 with an NBA-style Basketball Training Combine at Capistrano Valley High School from noon – 8:00 pm. Open Gym is a full-service basketball development company providing club teams and training to dedicated basketball players throughout Orange County. The job would include filming the event and taking phots of all of the action going on with 500 anticipated participants. The student would then have the opportunity to turn the footage into a video possibly with interviews or select highlights to be featured on the Company’s website.
